The items may come with/without a box. It depends on the distributor we buy the item from.
Maintenance depends on product type. For example, sunglasses: store in case, clean with microfiber cloth; watches: avoid moisture unless water-resistant, service battery every few years; jewelry: avoid contact with chemicals, clean gently. Always follow care instructions included with your item.

All prices are listed in USD. If your credit card or PayPal is in a different currency, your bank or PayPal will convert it during charge. We do not mark up currency conversion fees, but your bank may charge you a conversion fee.
Yes - you can cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placing it (before it goes into the shipping queue). Once it has shipped or a shipping label is created, changes or cancellations are not possible. Please contact customer support immediately.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. At this time we do not offer installment payments (e.g., buy-now-pay-later), but plan to in the future.
While currently we do not regularly issue coupon codes, we occasionally offer promotions or special deals (e.g., holiday sales). If a code is available it will be advertised on our banner, newsletter, or social media.

Our prices include local US taxes.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

All products are located and shipped from the USA.
For domestic shipments (USA), we ship with USPS / FedEx / UPS / DHL.
For international shipments we ship with FedEx / DHL / UPS.
After your order is processed (1–3 business days), you can track its status here using your order number and email address.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after your payment is confirmed. Peak seasons might have some delay. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number.
Import duties, VAT, and other taxes depend on your country’s laws and are the customer’s responsibility. These fees are generally charged when the shipment reaches your country. We do not include them in the price, but may provide estimates if requested.
Delays can happen due to customs, courier delays, or unforeseen events (weather, logistics). If your shipment is taking longer than the estimated time, please contact us with your order number — we'll track it for you and help resolve it.
Yes - for many international or high-value shipments, you may request a signature requirement. During checkout or in the order confirmation phase, you can leave special delivery instructions; we’ll do our best to pass them to the courier, though we cannot guarantee all couriers can accommodate them.
If your order arrives damaged, has missing items, or is incorrect, please contact us with photos of the damage and/or wrong items, along with proof of purchase. We will help you to either replace the item or issue a refund.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30 days return policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. For return or exchanges, click here to contact us.
For return instructions and a reference number before returning any items please contact us. You can reach us via email or our contact form. Ensure to include your order number and the email address used to place the order.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Yes - we accept returns from international customers under our 30-day return policy, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. However, customers are responsible for return shipping, and international returns may take longer to process.
After we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process. The time it takes to reach your account depends on your payment method / bank.
